HEPA/ULPA Panel Filters

AAF understands the critical environments that require HEPA/ULPA filtration. That’s why we individually factory test each of these high-quality filters we manufacture. Our HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) and ULPA (Ultra Low Penetration Air) filters are available in highly customizable systems to help protect people and processes from airborne particulates. AstroPure RF

Portable Air Purification Systems

AAF offers a portable system that’s easy to use for improving air quality in areas such as classrooms and healthcare facilities. High-efficiency, two-phase filtration can be configured for recirculation or exhaust. An advanced interface provides control over clean air, particulate levels and noise.

V-Bank Filters

AAF makes it possible to reduce energy and operating costs associated with HEPA filtration in high-airflow applications. The system features an ultra-low pressure drop along with an extended media area that’s larger than even high-capacity, traditional HEPA filters. This helps extend the life of the filters so they can go longer before they’re changed out.
Alpha-2000

Alpha Cell®, Alpha™ 2000

Individually tested and certified, these HEPA filters are designed to meet demanding contamination control requirements in critical applications. PureForm® separatorless media provides longer life in harsh environments where standard aluminum separators may not last. Of the two filtration options, Alpha 2000 filters offer higher airflow capacity with lower resistance for reduced energy costs.

The AstroCel I HEPA filter is ideal for many critical applications, including cleanrooms and other areas requiring the highest levels of contamination control. It's available in a wide variety of cell sides, efficiencies and sealing methods.

These Type E filters are designed, constructed and tested to meet strict military specifications for applications where HEPA solutions are intended for biological use. This includes systems involving toxic chemical, carcinogenic, radiogenic or hazardous biological particulates.

Industrial Grade HEPA

From hospitals and pharmaceutical environments to food production facilities and manufacturing plants, all with stringent clean air requirements, HEPA filters can be an effective part of an air optimization solution. These filters are Type A or Type C, which means they are designed, constructed and individually tested and certified to meet customer requirements for resistance and efficiency (penetration) at the filter’s nominal rated capacity.

Nuclear Grade HEPA

Nuclear facilities require strong filter performance in wet or dry conditions. That’s why these filters use a glass medium that’s composed of boron silicate microfiber. The filters are classified as Type B, which means they are designed and tested to meet the requirements of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) AG-1 Code on Nuclear Air and Gas Treatment Section FC.
