Oil HunterTM MDP can manage an air flow up to 2,000 m³/h. It is provided with a Plug & Play module, which incorporates its own ventilation system and control panel.

The control panel is a key element in the performance of the Plug & Play Oil HunterTM MDP collector, as it helps preventing potential future damages and simplifies maintenance operations.

This equipment fits perfectly when the number of machining centers is limited or there are restrictions related to space in the plant. It allows the creation of centralized systems without the need for an external fan.

FEATURE-1_Oil Hunter MDP

4 Stage Filter Set

  • Washable Metal Filter: first contact with the dirty air, reducing the amount of fine oil particles that pass to the next stage.
  • Washable Mesh Filter: second stage of filtration for removing fine oil particles before passing to the upper level.
  • Pre-Coalescer Filter: protects the colaescer main filter, ensuring an
    extension of its lifetime and an improved performance.
  • Coalescer Main Filter : filtration stage of the smallest oil mist particles.

An extra filtration stage can be added on top of the equipment to increase the filtration efficiency: an optional HEPA filter.
