Ensuring safety at every step of the process

Grinding and cutting processes usually generate a large number of sparks, and they need to be removed before reaching the filtration media to prevent a risk of fire. This is even more critical when treating some specific materials such as titanium, whose sparks can have a larger incandescence. A spark arrestor or pre-separator that removes sparks before reaching the dust collector is always needed to preserve safety and prevent from fire accidents.

If the process contains aluminum, the dust can be highly explosive but contain no sparks, so an NFPA compliant dust collector with explosion prevention systems such as relief valves or venting panels would be the best solution for a safe and clean process.
