AAF Flanders is pleased to announce that Nathaniel Nance has been appointed to the position of Director, Global Materials Development. Nathaniel will be responsible for developing the global qualification of media, adhesives, sealants, and other critical components for the HEPA/ULPA and ASHRAE grade products. Nathaniel will also be working with the global regions to ensure that all sourced raw materials are qualified through production and testing. 

Nathaniel has been with AAF Flanders since 2008, holding the position of Senior Product Engineer in the Air Filter segment. He was then promoted to the position of plant manager for AAF's Power & Industrial division. Most recently, Nathaniel has held the position of Director, Global Research & Development. Prior to joining AAF Flanders, he held various positions in media manufacturing companies, including product engineering, process engineering, and research and development for microglass and synthetic media. Nathaniel holds a M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University. His strong experience in all facets of filtration manufacturing, material science, and production processes makes Nathaniel uniquely qualified to take on this critical role.
