Dave Shepherd Appointed Senior Vice President of Sales for AAF Flanders Americas

AAF Flanders is pleased to announce that Dave Shepherd has been appointed Senior Vice President of Sales for AAF Flanders Americas. In this role, Dave will be responsible for sales team leadership.

Dave comes to AAF Flanders with over 20 years of broad sales experience, including his most recent position as the Vice President of Sales at Acuity Brands. Prior to this, Dave spent 10 years each with industrial manufacturers Crane Company and Danaher, where he held Sales, Marketing, and Commercial General Manager leadership roles. Throughout his career, which started in consumer product sales, Dave has been responsible for a variety of sales channels, including Commercial, Industrial, Service, and Consumer products. He has also worked closely with Marketing teams to create business unit roadmaps, dashboards, training, and sales efficiency metrics leveraging Salesforce.com.

Dave’s experience in growing sales teams, creating strong customer relationships, and generating revenue is the core of AAF Flanders’ sales strategy. Dave will be focused on growing our sales channels and enhancing the tools that our sales force and distributor partners use.
