High-Grade, Energy-Efficient Filtration

The AAF TM series delivers peak filtration in cleanrooms from ISO Class 8 to ISO Class 4. The modules utilize our AstroCel II mini-pleat filter pack, which provides efficiency H13 - U17 class.

In addition to the microglass HEPA/ULPA options listed above, AAF also offers a high-performance line of HEPA/ULPA filters that utilize extremely durable, low pressure drop ePTFE media. This line of filtration can also be utilized in the PharmaGel module as an optional upgrade.

Flexible Application for Critical Environments

TM modules come in a variety of sizes, offering flexibility for any installation. All standard modules come with a 250 or 300 mm diameter inlet, adjustable distribution plate, and an integral expanded metal grille. A contractor grade is available with the same options. Each unit is entirely factory-sealed, with all metal to metal joints bonded to prevent leakage.

The low profile housing and light weight of the TM-2 modules make for easy installation. The modules are typically installed in a 38 or 50 mm T-bar ceiling grid, or 50 mm wide gel or gasket seal, heavy duty ceiling grids, suspended from the building structure. Housings with four suspension points for attachment of hangers are standard for gasket seal applications.

Dimples on the inlet collar help prevent flex duct from slipping off.

When the maximum design resistance has been reached, the entire module is simply discarded. This eliminates the time-consuming task of removing, replacing, and resealing filter cartridges.
