AIVYTM range. Cartridge collectors with superior performance
AAF’s AIVYTM cartridge collectors cover a comprehensive range of airflows, from 0m3/h up to 150,000m3/h, while keeping a compact size to reduce its footprint within your workspace. This balance between high filtration capacity and reduced floorspace makes this equipment an ideal solution for indoor and outdoor dust collection.
With a clear focus on ensuring a quicker and easier maintenance, it introduces an innovative vertical door system that allows accessing more cartridges at once, and, as a result, a faster change-out operation. Its new constructive structure assure a notable reduction of the pressure drop, improving the performance of the equipment. In combination with the superior performance provided by our nanofibre media, excellent dust release is achieved while providing significant energy savings, up to 20% of energy conssumption reduction.
With ATEX certified safety elements and different options to increase safety both for the operation and the process, AIVYTM dust collectots meet the requirements of many applications and industrial operations.
AIVY CompactTM
A Plug & Play compact dust collector that includes everything necessary for an agile, easy commission and start-up. Available in different sizes for airflows between 1,000m3/h and 20,000 m3/h, it complies with ATEX certification for combustible dust handling and provides different options for a greater adaptability to different applications and processes.

FabriPulse® L bags are mounted on a single plate that allows changing all bag filters in just one step. Designed for small applications up to 5,000m3/h, is the ideal solution for managing low airflows of hard to handle dust.
