AAF International's 4” PerfectPleat offers the same consistent pleat spacing and rugged durability characteristic of the highly successful 2” models, adding even more strength through advancements to create one tough filter.

The 4" PerfectPleat secures a DuraFlex media pack inside of a bonded die cut frame. Straps on the air-entering side of the filter help maintain pleat spacing, while specially designed spacers inserted into the pleat valleys assist in keeping the pleats open during use. All frame components, straps, and pleat spacers are made with beverage containerboard with the highest wet-strength available, providing excellent strength and durability. 

PerfectPleat 4” filters are an excellent choice when upgrading to higher efficiencies where 2” pleated filters are used, particularly in front loading frames. They can also be used as final filters in single bank housings.
