The 4" PerfectPleat ULTRA model secures a MERV 8 DuraFlex media pack inside a bonded die cut frame. When pleated, DuraFlex will hold its shape without the need for wire support, which means safer handling, rust resistance, and simplified disposal. All PerfectPleat ULTRA models are treated with Antimicrobial, preserving the integrity of the media by inhibiting microbial growth in high moisture conditions.

Straps on the air-entering side of the filter help maintain pleat spacing, while specially designed spacers inserted into the pleat valleys assist in keeping the pleats open during use. All frame components, straps, and pleat spacers are made with beverage containerboard with the highest wet-strength available, providing excellent strength and durability.

PerfectPleat 4” filters are an excellent choice when upgrading to higher efficiencies where 2” pleated filters are used, particularly in front loading frames. The 4” PerfectPleats can also be used as final filters in single bank housings.
