The M-81 Demister-Coalescing Pad is a heavy-duty, high efficiency mist eliminator pad that can be used in several different configurations to meet specific application needs. Because the M-81 Pad operates at a low pressure drop and is easily replaceable, it is economical to use in engine and compressor applications. The unique construction of the M-81 D/C Pad provides excellent free moisture removal at velocities up to 850 FPM.

M-81 media is made from a blanket of continuous filament fiberglass. The fibers are arranged in a progressive density construction that prevents faceloading and increases water capacity. A specially formulated water resistant binder allows the media to maintain its shape and resiliency while saturated with water.

Each M-81 D/C Pad measures 25" x 25" x 2". The pads are typically used on offshore platforms, sea coast areas, behind air washers, and at plant sites that have long periods of heavy rain and/or frequent heavy fog and mist.
