The ASC Panel Pak filter elements are sturdily constructed with a galvanized steel framework encapsulating the media packs. The high efficiency filter media is a blend of synthetic and cellulose fibers specially treated to provide exceptional resistance to high humidity conditions. The media is uniformly corrugated and pleated to ensure even spacing and airflow. Fixed in position by thixotropic glue lines, the media is further supported by metal pleat stiffeners and a wire mesh guard. The rigid media packs are sealed within the steel cell sides with a fire retardant epoxy resin.

Each Panel Pak filter element is supplied with a molded gasket fitted to the air leaving face, which guarantees a positive airtight seal every time the filter is changed.
